bow range in austin

i know their are probably a whole bunch of bow ranges in austin, but i am looking for something a little better than my 12 yard shot i can get in my backyard. used to live in a small town where i could shoot on my front lawn, but here in austin dogs, cheap wooden fences, and non hunting neighbors do not make for the best shooting arrangement. i think the neighbors called the cops a few days ago. they must not know you don't miss with a bowtech. any suggestions will help. wouldn't mind joining archery club or other bow hunters to go shoot.

Go to Archery Country and ask about joining the Austin Archery Club. The AAC is a true gem in Austin...a large outdoor range in a beautiful hill country setting.

There's also the Hill Country Bowhunters in Liberty Hill. They should be shooting this weekend...I think.

We would love to have you as a member at Austin Archery Club. We have a 20 animal 3D course set up to shoot year round, a static range out to 50 yds and a Field course as well. Membership is 75.00 a family per year. Upon joining you will be given a key to the gate and can use the club anytime you choose during daylight hours. We do however prohibit any broadheads at the club. Sorry but this is a strict rule enforced by the Parks dept which owns the proberty. We also have a 3D shoot the third weekend of every month.
