First the buck checks the overhanging branch to see who's been there before him:
Then he rub-urinates to make his mark on the scrape:
then he deposits his forehead scent on the overhanging branch:
then he's sure to paw out the scrape good:
Hmmm, seems like he's a bit confused. I would have guessed that he would have pawed out the scrape first, then urinated in it. ?? The time lapse of the pics was 38 seconds from the first pic to the last pic, just playing around with a new game camera idea to test it out.
