    Some points

These have been floating around my family for about 50 years. They all have a little code on the back as if they have been catalogged. Not the current identifying codes used to catalog these things. I am dropping them off at a local archeologists place this week to get his opinion on authenicity posible period and maybe general location based on material. I hope they are believed to be real. I'll keep you guys posted if you care.

Good looking artifacts you got there! Since they are in your family, do you have any clues at all on what area they came from? It looks to me a good handful of them have an Ensor looked to them. I also see what looks to be a pedernales in there. Maybe the Central, Texas area?

      Thanks for the look!

I didn't find them. My grandma purchased them in the late 50s early 60s to the best of her knowledge. She collected everything native american she could get her hands on. Some of the points have TX as part of the code with a single number which presume would mean it was or hope it would mean they were found in Texas. All in all I have about 150 individual pieces and only a few are marked with state abbreviations. Some are marked with a code as simple as A1. I have a bunch of pictures that I took and forwarded to this gentleman and he says by the pictures he didn't see anything that made them look like obvious replicas, so no under the microscpe they go. Also just wanted to thank Bone Digger again for getting me contact info for somebody who could help.
