Game cleaning Question

Never did a turkey but it looks something like a goose. I breast em out without picking using a razor blade to get a nice clean cut on the breast skin to not get feathers everywhere. After breasting out, I find I can turn the legs 'inside out and seperate the legs from the skin from the inside, pushing them 'inside' the body cavity and then clipping the bone with a pair of diagonal cutters. I'd think it would work on a turkey too. No idea of what to do with a javeline.

Once you get by the smell,you've got it.......made..wait a few days for the odor to leave your sent glands and the open pit cook it...not long cause it will dry out fast,but it really isn't too bad....bout like owl....not as good as robin jambalya tho...
