Well, this had to be the craziest fishing trip i've ever been on. me and my buddy Matt " the one in full camo" went to lake somerville to try and catch some whites. We did not catch a single white, we were near the dam using jigs. We were throwing them in a deep hole when all of a sudden my reel started screaming, i had no idea what was on the end of my line. we finally got it to the bank and saw that it was a buffalo, a BIG one, and i fowl hooked it. i was like, oh thats cool, what are the odds, 1 in a million right? Wrong! after that we ended up catch 13 buffalo, ALL FOWL HOOKED!, AND A big needle nose. I wanted to let them all go but my buddy insisted on bringing a few home to show our friends. lol
The biggest one tipped the scale at 34#'s.
