I was wondering for those of you predator hunters what would you suggest a mouth call or a foxpro? Reason?? I already have a extreme dimensions caller right now with both predator sound modules it works pretty good (maybe looking to sell) but just seeing what some of you others may be using that may be better. thanks

I do own some mouth calls and plan to use them soon. My only concern of one over the other is location. If you use a mouth call, no matter how good you are, the predator is going to be focused on your position as that is where the sound is coming from.
From the videos of the FoxPro, the thing that I picked up the most is not that it is necessarily any better but that you can put it fair far out away from you. The varmint is going to be zeroing in on the location of the sound. It is not foolproof but it seems like having the sound out away from you will give you a better chance of remaining concealed. It is not a guarantee but any edge helps.

Go with both!!! If you can get a Fox Pro then get one(or any other GOOD electric caller). BUT don't over look the importance of mouth calls either. Not ever animal is going to respond to a programed sequence on a caller. And not every animal is going to respond to the same voice of a call either.
Do I own a Fox Pro? YES and I love it, but I will never go out into the woods without my mouth calls either!
Just my .02

If I'm going predator calling, I take my Fox Pro. It works the best! But when I'm deer hunting, I always have a mouth call with me. There have been a whole lot of times that I've seen a coyote cross the road, or show up out of range. I just grab the mouth call and start calling. Probably 50% of the time they will show up and give me a shot.

I may be in the minority here but I think you will become a better caller with a foxpro or any other remote e-caller once you figure out how to consistently call in coyotes with hand calls.
I would not even spend the money on an e-caller until you do that. Spend that money on getting out in the field and making the stands to learn.

But I do agree that if you can call in a coyote and kill him while blowing a hand call, then you can certainly do it with an e-caller. It's harder with a hand call.
