Looks like we may have enough interest to do this. I will check the pavillion schedule at work. If the park is not reserved, I'm gonna request May 15th. Thats gonna be the only weekend I have til the middle of August. And it will be too hot to do it in August.

I have a neat idea (I think its neat) for an archery tournament. If you are a serious target shooter, this aint the tournament for you!

we also have a 9 hole golf course out there. I'm gonna check and see if it would be possible for us to use the course. It is usually reserved for members and a guest. Dont know how many guests I would be allowed.
