I know that some of you are big fans of Dave Ramsey. I just saw a billboard that he will be holding a seminar in San Antonio on March 6.

I heard the HOUSTON event was another HUGE sellout this year. Definitely worth seeing the man in person.........a financial rivival!!!

I went last yr and it was packed! My brother bought tickets for my Wife and I as an extra present right before our wedding. It got us both on the same page and we have done excellent in our first nine months of marriage and have been able to save a ton and do not carry debt outside of our home and a car, and we are working on that. Lots of good lessons.

I just ordered his book Total Money Makeover and it came in the mail today. I started reading it earlier and I plan to get into a bit more tonight after the kids go to bed. I am tired of being in debt and I hate thinking about how much money we are throwing away every month.
