Curling??????????

I want to know why curling is an olympic sport? It seems like the stupides sport ever. Its kinda like shuffleboard but on ice. I mean whats the meaning of the sport? Well if they have that as a olympic sport might as well have air hocky too. Does anybody have an idea?

DO NOT compare hockey to soccer. Hockey doesn't have pansies playing the game, they get hit and get up and rejoin the play. Besides soccer is an unintellegent game. Any game where you have a player with two perfectly good hands and it's illegal to use them but it's ok to bang the ball off your face is plain goofy.

Stop hating on curling that is my favorite olympic sport. Haha get your laughs out now. If its just a game and should be removed then so is hockey. I have no idea why I find it interesting to watch, but I do to each his own. Its been called the best least understood olympic game. It still better than NASCAR.

Ya curling is an Olympic sport but they drop womens softball.
I would hardly call anything I can do with a beer in one hand a sport.

Last time I looked this was called the "Olympic games" not the Olympic sports. I agree, it is a game and a fun one to play. BTW ping pong is a game and also in the summer olympics.
Now, anyone want debate golf, game or sport?
