Computer help thread update

Thanks for everyone who tried to help. I took it in today and they checked it and said that it was a bad hard drive and the motherboard was going out. It is still under warranty for 17 more days, so its covered. The best part is they were able to save all my hunting pics, trip info and outfitter research (my documents)

Sweet! Glad you squeaked in. Don't forget to complain about the battery not holding a charge, too.

Glad you were able to save your data, just remember, though, computer hard drives are electromechanical devices. It's not a matter of if they will fail, it's a matter of when.
