Rodeo cookoff is this week... what I'll be doing

Loaded up 6 30'+ trailers full of gear and our saloon today...
sunday, deliver and setup
monday, setup and try to find everything
tuesday, wire and connect everything, and prep piggie #1
wednesday, start having some fun til saturday night...
sunday.... got 6 hours to take it all down, and clear out...

here's me with the our hog maestro..... we do 2 of these each
night, along with about 30 briskets, and who knows what else
this year...

Just got done eating some delicious backstrap, smashed taters, corn, biscuits, and gravy a little while ago. Now I'm hungry AGAIN.

This is at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo....this week

The cookoff starts off the whole thing... it's Thursday through
Saturday... over 300 cookoff teams, and some really wild pits
and stuff... Most of it is all private though... I'm still trying
to work out selling some individual tickets...
