Beano for dogs?

Bulldogs, Boxers, Boston terreirs are natorious for bad gas. Certain foods do help. low residue foods like science diet and royal canin can help greatly. It is safe to use beano though. Some times yogurt will help. I recommend all dogs be on fish oil.

Either of my labs can easily clear out the whole house in seconds. It only happens every now and then but when it does it seems like both of em get it and we all suffer. Seriously, it's worse than saddam's mustard gas !!!

Lol, My Dr. put me on them as well, now I'm like my dogs, barking all the time. AAAaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!! Seriously, they are good supplements & realy good for the heart.

I do not mind dog gas at all in my house. Blame him ever time. Keeps me out of trouble.

My wife worked as a Vet Tech for many years and we too have a Bull Mastiff that had a farting problem She recommends Company name-Eagle Pack Product Name-Hollistic Solution. The directions are 1/2 tsp. to a cup of dog food. Also feeding a No-grain dog food will take care of the problem. I definitely appreciate her knowing this, I can now spend more time in the house.

this is genius ... I always blamed the baby ("wooeeey, better check that diaper!) but now that the kids are grown the culprit is obvious. now I can say "honey, it's the dog again!"

Try having about 256# of farting Rotties in your house and you can imagine the smell. Some are silent, some are loud, but all stink and stink to high heaven. I have tried a lot of remidies, but have found none that work.

Reading this thread made me laugh so hard I started to shed tears!

I was thinking about that time Sniper ripped one off behind the counter at the bow shop while there was an attractive women on the other side, it was loud and immediately filled the air in the area. I remember telling her there was a big rot under the counter but she didn't buy it so I had to get the dog up and to show her. I still don't think she believed me, funny thing I don't remember seeing her in the shop again!

Our Golden Retriever slides some rank ones out occasionally. My wife always asks if it was Mollie or me. I get away with a few by blaming them on Mollie!
