I find the YES DEAR technique works for me.

I find the YES DEAR technique works for me.

I've used this method a few times but find that the amount of thought needed to put 2 words together often distracts me from the task at hand.

That's the problem...my autopilot is TOO good...my wife will be talking to me when I'm asleep and I hold full lucid conversations with her and never know it until 2 weeks later when she says "Remember when were talking about..."
