We do, its called the "Franchise Tax". And just so you know, you can loose money and still owe franchise tax. It is really a gross revenue tax which is absurd.

All of you that don't own businesses have no idea just how bad business owners get taxed. Its ridiculous. We get taxed on income, taxed on payroll, taxed on your SS, taxed on inventory, taxed on property and now taxed at the state level.

It is sickening and its no wonder business would rather spend thousands upon thousands automating instead of hiring.

So how much does Dave Ramsey charge to get you out of debt? I thought most of that was just common sense.

A $19.95 book that has been shared with 3 other couples in the last 4 years or so. Common sense has to have structure to be effective, and common sense is not as common as it used to be for some reason!
