I have the mini-sniper with the charger and two batteries. Think I gave a hundred bucks for it. It wasn't to bright for this boar. Or the others I spotted. My son shot one with his rifle at 85 yards that I shined with the same light.
Robs a heck of a guy!

Well, I am sold on the sniper! I love the specs, the reviews, and photos. However, one of the things holding me back was the price when there are a ton of things on the "wish list" including a GPS, depthfinder/gps for boat, arrows, new broadheads, fishing rods and reels, and on and on. I will buy one of those Hawglites for sure one of these days, but for now I ordered the 10 dollar light mentioned above, the pressure switch, and I already made an adapter for attaching to my stabilizer. The light has great reviews for a 10 dollar Chinese made flashlight. I believe this will serve its purpose till I can get one of the snipers. Thanks for all the suggestions!

Sniper Hawglight
Hi, I've searched high and low over the past few years for a suitable light to use for lights that work well enough to shoot at night yet not so powerful that it spooks the hogs. I'm sure there are other decent products out there but if you want a solid, well constructed light that works perfectly for hunting hogs...visit sniperhawglights.com. These guys make one of the best products I have ever used. As for dampening the noise, you can use Limbsaver cable guard accessories or wraps to help with any vibration. Personally I have never had any issues with vibration with twith any of their products.
Fantastic tool for hunting hogs at night!

It seems like if use a hog light that screws in I would be losing that. Any thoughts? I have about a 10" stab. I realize I could always screw the light into the end of a stab, but it seems like I would have to go spend another 25-35 to get a shorter heavy one that feels good.
