Problems with a Scott caliper release... need help

Can someone show me, in pictures, how to make my release longer. It says to "loosen the two 4-40 Allen screws which attach the lock down bracket to the triangular metal bracket sewn into the wrist strap. Move the nylon strap or rope to the desired length and retighten the screws.

Problem is...mine ain't got no screws. I am assuming that I have the Nylon Connector System (NCS) as the instructions state.

Please help.

That's not the NCS system.
