Small but promising Shed for 2010

The basal circumfrence tells me that it is a young deer

You can look at the burr and tell whether it is old or young...this came from a young buck...

Question.......
I hunt a lot of pasture land! Should I walk the trails through the tree lines to look for sheds? If not, where would be a good place to start in the pastures?

of course the last 1.5 year old 10 point shed I found was in 2004. Look at pics attached. I found this shed in the same place as the Video above of the new 1.5 year old 10. Here is the what the old shed turned into 5 years later.

What is neat about this deer and his little shed. he maintained the squigly Right Brow tine and the bumb off the back of the brow all the way till he was killed.
