It is very simple. The 5 arrow jig comes in 4 pieces and then three support rods. I pulled up a picture of one and set it up in about 2 minutes!

Blitz, straight clamp set at 1.5 degrees for Blazer, Flash and other 2 inch vanes. Right helix set a 4 to 6 for vanes 3 inch and longer.

Can't beat the Bitz. However, I've considered getting the Bohning jig that is especially for Blazers. Sometimes it takes some fiddling to get the right abmount of helical using the Bitz on a small diameter carbon.

I believe Bohning has a new blazer jig out that has some helical/offset built in already!

Bitzenberger. I happen to own 48 of them so I am a little partial.

Jo-Jan been working for me for years, although, the new Arizona E-Z fletch "mini" is looking pretty good also. Three vanes (up to 2 1/4") at a time with the most helical possible.

I have 2 Jo-Jan multi fletchers that work good and the BPE are also good fletchers.

I have both in my shop. I find the Jo Jan is the better one. Mine will fletch 6 at the time, and you can do helical and straight. I actually have two Jo Jans and can fletch a dozen at once with any shape you want. I use 2" to 4" vanes on them and they all turn out the same.
                        Just my opinion.
