Haven't tried it but definitely need to do something Fireman13. Looks pretty awesome I just don't know if I could hang with that kind of torture.
No pain no gain I guess.
Confusus sp. say heart only has so many beats in lifetime. Why speed up beats per minute.

I've done P90X, P90X+, and Insanity. They're all really good programs if you put maximum effort into them.

Insanity is extreme cardio with power while the P90 series seem to be more about pure power.

After doing Insanity the P90X Plyometrics will be easy.

I am on 2nd round of P90 and am addicted. It's actually fun now. Will likely do Insanity after this round. I highly recommend P90 to anyone that is in decent shape. You will quickly see results.

Oh yeah, Bernie I'll be doing Pliometrics tomorrow at 5:30am. It's still painful, but much better than in November.

I should get it here in a couple of days and will give an update on it. I remember when I walked like a 90 year old man for three days after my first workout on P90X. Hope not that sore ever again.

i watched the insanity infomercial and it looked like a good program. kind of like a herschel walker workout where you use your body weight for all the training. let us all know how you like it.

OK bodybuilders...P90X and Insanity use your body weight for most of the resistance. The "experts" say to gain MASS...you must go heavy (i.e. Squats, Bench, etc...w/ HEAVY weights)....P90X helped me drop the spare tire around the gut and lean out...now...I want to bulk up and I don't think P90X will get me there. (and I don't think it got Tony Horton there either...just a hunch)....Thoughts?

I have the insanity program and I couldn't get thru the first fit test without puking!! I got away from it for a couple of weeks due to illnesses but am restarting it tonight!! In the week I did this work out I could tell a difference in my muscles!! It is definately fast paced tho.
