My father-in-law grew up in Pennsylvania.......He used to drink a lot.

        Sorry about missing your hunt...

Where in Pa are you? Grew up northwest of Philly in a small town called Souderton. Dad still lives in Quakertown. He was getting tons of snow as well. Just called him to make sure his heater was working. haha

Pittsburgh usually gets more snow than the Eastern side because of lake effect off of Erie. Snow can be devestating. Stay home, clean off your roof. Dad say's that snow is wet and heavy!

Yeah this year the lake effect was very annoying, there was a period of 13 days in a row with snow. And your dad is right, I shoveled my butt off, it is heavy!

Man, that's so cool looking. Don't think I'd like to live there and deal with that all the time but a couple times a year would be awesome.

I go back to Williamsport, Pa in another week or so to the gas fields. Being from Texas all my life I was in for quite a shock my first trip up there and all of the snow. I will tell ya this.....them boys up north do know how to keep the roads open though! Almost scared this Texan to death as a snow plow blew past me with snow flying ever whichaway!

haha, I just ventured out a little bit on my road. now mind you, i have a F-250 with 4 inch lift and 35's on it, and I was plowing snow with my bumper and hood! This is nuts, and they were only calling for 6 to 10 inches. Wrong!
