    Pop up blind windows...

Has anybody else had this problem. I bought a pop up blind and this is my first rodeo using it; in the past I have hunted out of treestands. It seems like the deer are spooked by the windows. I leave it closed up when I'm not there to keep the critters out. When I hunt in it I open the front window and take the shoot through screen off, and I leave the screens up on the left and right. My question is if I camoflauged it some more with brush and vegetation, would it help remedy the problem? Any advice/help appreciated.

I got some good info from fellow TBHers on more or less this same subject recently on this thread...

Might want to read that over and I'll watch your thread too for any additional insight I can pick up.

I leave my windows open with the shoot through screen down. Then when I get in the stand I don’t have to do anything and it looks the same. I don’t have problems with deer getting spooked.

Ditto above. I unzip the window and leave the screen... no critters and less spooked deer.

I leave my windows open and the shoot through mest down. It seems like the deer get used to it really quickly. I would be afraid to close them and only open them when I hunt thinking the change in appearance my bother them.
