my advice and i'm mexican would be to go eat a few jalapenos and you might as well take the day off and just get rid of everything inside the inerds.... also you can try chilled Preparation H after the burn comes.

My buddy grew these tabasco peppers they are little orange and yellow peppers and pickled them. THey other night we grilled up some burgs and no one thought to tell me NO I bit one of those little dudes off at the stem and immediately regretted it ! I got the hick-ups started sweating and was on fire!
