55x50 turn key slab, 40x50 buidling kit and the errection of the building ran us around 55k.

2 bedrooms upstairs and a big bunk room downstairs. Estimated cost was $155k. We did as much of the work as we could and paid for materials out of pocket when we could and got the note down to the $125k ball park.

The metal building has to be 18 feet tall to do a two story.
We used 21' eve heights to get 8'ceilings in the bottom floor and 9' ceilings on the second floor.

Thanks! We contracted a lot of it out. Slab,Plumbing,Building, Framing, AC and Sheet rock is what we had contracted out.

Here is a picture of one of mine. I had this one built on my ranch down on the coast. I guess I should have done the weedeating before taking the picture. The upstairs bedrooms each have a set of double doors leading to the balcony. I had storm shutters installed so that why you can't see the doors. The bottom has a screened in porch to keep the mosquitoes out.

Those are all nice. I was looking at doing something like this but building a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath on the inside of a 40x60. Doing as much of it myself as possible to cut down on cost.
