thats usually what they use to track a wounded cat, the confrontations are usually up close and personal. If you want a good leopard read check out some of the writings by Peter Hathaway Capstick very underrated author on big game hunting.

I think shooting animals out of a vehicle is classless. If you want the thrill of the hunt and want to take an animal, get out on your feet and HUNT. I hate to see any animal shot from the "safety" of a vehicle.

Dont mean to offend anyone that does this, I choose not to.
