    OK...Dumb question!

What does a Pro Staffer do? Do they get paid?

    #2
Some promote products well, and receive discounted merchandise, but few get paid.
Others use the title "Pro-Staff" to feed their egos.

understand, the abbreviation "pro" doesnt mean professional, it means promotional.

think of it as "promotional staff" ... 99% pure ego stroking.

I have 2 pro staffers for the I-Kam extreme and it is for promotional purposes, they are the ones educated about the product and can answer questions about it, and represent the product without me being there. (yes they get free product)

Having managed a group of 8 prostaff, here is my analysis of them.............

Prostaffers mooch for anything and everything they can get for free. In turn, Prostaffers complain a lot when they are asked to do something to earn their free stuff.

You hit the nail on the head for about 90% of them with that one brother.

You can't ba a pro staffer till you learn the language,
I shot this deer with my Magnus Stinger 100gr Buzzcut that shoots 283 out of my Mathews DXT, no wait that was last year, My Mathews Reezen 6.5 set at 72lbs that has no hand shock and no nock travel. You could see my arrow because of the Red Luminock attached to my Easton Axis Arrow decorated with Camron's custom wraps and a blue and white Blazer vanes. All this couldn't have been possible without the help of my Scott release that I carry to the stand in my Primos vest that is also under my leopold optics and if I looked through those optics right now as they are hanging I could see my Danner Pronghorn boots I'm wearing over my BPS lifetime socks. And I can't forget the Little Blue Pill that I take everytime I go on a hunting trip so I don't roll out of the bed.
It would be great to be on a pro staff.
