Buying Pheasants and Quail.

Is there anybody with in a couple hours of Lufkin/Nacogdoches thats selling birds? And if so how much?

My Father in law sells quail. 3 bucks a bird. Flight conditioned. He lives in Ft Worth. PM me if interested. I believe he also has some chukars too.

Wildcat Ridge Hunting Lodge in Detroit Texas also sells birds, Ask for Nick Parker. I don't have their contact info on me right now but you can look up WCR on the internet. Best thing about them they are a Bow-Tech dealer (that gives them creds right there). Maybe. No really they are good guys.

Not sure if he still does it, but you can look up Upland Bird Country in Corsicana and check with Steve Stroube. He use to have Quail, pheasant & Chukar....

hate to play capt obvious but it sounds like you are looking for birds for dog training, just be careful about using quail this time of the year, since its still quail season..and if you have never had pen raised pheasants before make sure they are "masked" or they will peck each other to death, they do not hold up well in extended captivity
