9 year old suicide

I just had a customer tell me that a 9 year old committed suicide at school in dallas. Anyone here about this? What would lead to something like this?

sad sad!! I had a friend of mine who i went to high school with that her son did this just a couple months back. He was in 7th. grade!

That's messed up. The kid must have had some serious mental issues.....wouldn't otherwise think a 9 year old could be depressed enough for something like that. Sad, sad......prayers to the family!

The school district is denying that the child was bullied, probably due to fear of some kind of liability. Too soon to know the whole story, of course.

Had 3 friends do this in junior high.......... all three were either mentally,physically, or verbaly(one was gettin all three) abused at home.
