Ryan Bingham wrote a song for the movie Crazy Heart called "The Weary Kind". It's been nominated for an Oscar. Thought that was pretty cool. He's finally getting some recognition.

He is getting a bunch of recognition for this song.....he won a Golden Globe last week but was getting a drink when his name was called so his co-author accepted on his behalf.................

I love those live sets he does for the radio stations....seen most of them on youtube.

I have seen him once, it was awesome. Did anyone catch him on Letterman a couple weeks ago? He had a funny little exchange with Dave after performing.

i've seen him 5 times. all awesome shows! the first time i caught his concert was amazing. i have been at a show that was "bought out" at the door by someone to keep the concert more intimate. i'm glad to see him doing well.
