I yanked one off the palm of my hand years ago. I cut around the base with a razor blade, latched onto it with my teeth, and yanked it out. It was not quite the size of a small pea but that sucker had a long root on it. The root was like a full inch long. Nasty but gone forever. I used the septic pencil for razor cuts as a clotter. It has been 10 years and no more wart issues.

couple of details about warts. Warts are a virus. Even if you take them completely off, they can come back. They will only come back in the area that you took them off. On the foot = come back on the foot. 20% of the time the will reoccure. The reason you end up getting them on your fingers is because you picked at the one on your foot or arm and the virus spread. We remove them by lasar which stops the bleeding and helps them from spreading. Topical treatments will not work on the bottom of the hand or foot. These areas the skin is too thick. You will have to have these remove by a doc.

When I was in high school I had one on my right index finger. I played football and it got torn off every Friday night. I had blood all over the place during every game. Luckily this was before the blood rule or I would have never gotten to play. Anyway, I wet my finger and got an aspirin damp and put it on with a band aid when I went to bed. The next morning I cut it off with fingernail clippers and it never came back.
