Warmth of Danner Pronghorn Snake Boots?

I just got a pair of Danner Pronghorn snake boots, and they're not as big on my feet as I'd hoped they'd be. They fit great, but I'm not gonna have room in them to layer socks very much if it gets really cold out.

How warm are the Pronghorn boots? Will I even need to worry about layering?

I wear the Under Armour socks and I'm fine down to the upper 20's. That is the 400g thinsulate. If it gets too much colder I'll put on a pair of the liner socks under those.

Oh, I'm glad I bought the wide version too.

I dont know about the Pronghorns, but I have a pair of Danners and they are the best boots, by far, that I have every used for hunting.
