Bell's Palsy maybe? A buddy of mine had that happen to him a few months ago. He's good to go now.

I know several people that have had Bells Palsy and they all had the same deal as Chad. The only thing that I can see as being worse is its not only in his face. Kinda scary for him I could only imagine. Prayers still going up for ya bud!^^^
