Anyone else had family fighting the old flu bug? My son has missed school since last Tuesday! Been on Z-pack and antibiotic's since Friday. Got better Saturday and relasped last night with over 102 fever!! Been a long time since I've seen him this sick! Just wondering if anyone else has been fighting it??

i have had sinus flairups with this cold weather we have had. my wife just came back from doctor and she has a sinus infection. -
Not me! Flu shots are the best.
BTW, the flu and the common cold are caused by viruses.(not cold weather) People get sick more often in the winter because they are exposed to each other more in the winter than in the summer.Comment

Not the flu at my house but most of the month of december was spent trying to get rid of pertussis (aka whooping cough). It messed up my december hunting. Did no good for me to try to go hunt in that shape. I couldn't quit coughing long enough to even try.Comment
