Fallow deer stirfry here. That gumbo does look good though.

Gumbo yummie.. We just make a large pot. Used 8 squirrels and 6 links of hog sausage.

Looks good. I made some last week with some of my homemade andouille and about 6 ducks I shot from the weekend before. I ate it 7 days straight for lunch and dinner!
