10 degrees in Flint this morning

And my hubby went to Blanket for a doe/spike hunt. He got a doe last night, about 20 minutes before dark. He had been sending text messages telling me how cold he was. (I got my two deer in October when it was nice!) Maybe he will shoot a couple more today!

Hopefully, next weekend I will go to my sister's and hunt some hogs! For now I am snug and warm- inside- with the dogs!

This morning too, I noticed the ice crystals on the grass sparkled like little stars all over the darkened yard. It was cool.

Beautiful day, though. I'm just now about to take the dog for his walk.......and I notice the small tank behind the house has ice on it.......I'm behind the Noonday VFD off of 155.

Frozen pipes just north of Noonday on 155. Thermometer on the truck (unreliable, at best) said it was 11 degrees.

10 degress again this morning!
No frozen pipes, and I forgot to let the faucets drip last night! I am off 69, just south of 364 (by the big Flint post office)
