Did P&Y remove let off restriction for entry?

I remember there being a rule about 65% or less let off but didn't see it recently when reading some material on the subject. Did they change it?

It will probably change soon as many new bows don't have 65% letoff available...

The way they measure it most 75-80% bows measure 65%... They don't actually check it at the bottom of the valley..and most folks don't shoot it from there either
