Got to the lease Wed evening and unlocked and started unpacking the truck, wife says no lights
Thought no problem, check the breaker and we will be good to go. Breaker was not tripped and when I got back to the trailer I noticed the micro display was on.
Checked the breakers inside the trailer and still can not find a problem but I have no lights and it is getting dark quick. Check the fridge and it is off and been off long enough that it is defrosted and everything in it is thawed (luckily there was not much in it).
Checked the plugs and they work so I go to my parents trailer and grab a plug in heater and lamp.
Apparently the power source/ battery charger bit the dust and everything in the trailer is dependant on 12volt power (ie furnace, water heater, refrigerator, water pump) except the microwave and the wall plugs
Here is the FYI part, you can use a 10amp battery charger to get you by until you can get a new power supply. Simply plug the battery charger into one of your plugs and hook the leads to your battery cables and you will have enough power to run a few things at a time
RV store wanted ~$300 for a new power source, gonna try and figure out what is wrong with mine but I have found replacements for $145 and up
