    Trail Cam Reviews

I'm about to purchase another trail cam, whats the best one in your opinion that does mess up that takes clear pics? I currently have a stealth cam 1590 and have been pleased with it but it does have its moments.

I have 1 Scoutguard 550 and 2 Bushnell trophy cams, been pleased with them. Battery life was great, fast trigger, great day time pics, the 2 down sides are the IR pics, and when you try to zoom in on a picture they get pixelated.

My next cameras will be Recoynx.

I'd go to chasingame.com if I were you. It will give you a good idea of what would work best for your needs.

      Good luck!!

Yep, I am shortly phasing out my cheapies. I love going to the lease and the cam taking pics not being a worry. Heck mine got kicked around like a hickey puck when the cows broke the pen. Still was taking pics and caked with mud

My wife just got me a Stealth Cam Rogue IR as my anniversary gift. It's my first trail cam so I don't have anything else to compare it to but I think it works great, Cabelas has them on sale for $99 right now and I'm thinking about buying another one for next season. I've had it out on one of the food plots on the base where I hunt and the night-time picture quality is pretty good for the price. Anyone want to guess the score/age on this buck? Won't score high but he's been around for a while and the drop gives him some character.

                        KeepGuard

I have scoutguard's new 2010 model called the keepguard. It is new in the box and never been used. It is the exact same camera as the scoutguard 550 but it comes with the color remote viewer. These have the fastest trigger speed and the longest battery life of any camera I have used.

                        Would sell for $200.
