    Slug recomendation for hogs

I have an H and R Ultra slug .I tried the Winchester Supreme Elites this deer season. They were dead accurate but I wasnt at impressed with the way they behaved on a tiny whitetail doe only a couple of inches of penetration the the slug completely disintegrated.
What Im looking for is a heavy accurate sabot slug with good penetration and expansion.
Has anyone tried the Remington BuckHammer.

Not much experience with shotgun slugs but would think any of 'em would work on hogs. Oughta be bad medicine.

Lightfields are my choice. Very accurate in my 11-87 12ga rifled barrel.

I've taken deer and hog out to 125 yards with their 2 3/4 sabots.

I have read a lot about the buckhammers, and have a case here at the house ( they were on sale for 4 something a box.) anyway they look like they will put the smack on some hogs. I haven't shot any yet as I have to sight in my new shotgun scope with them I have use Winchester's sabots in all the different speeds. No problem with hogs. A good friend uses Hornady SSTs and is dead on at 150 yards. Got a pass through on a deer neck at 170 yards. Those only cost 2 something a round, but I'd prefer to not hear cha ching when pulling the trigger.

              Federal Fusion
              Remington Corelokt
              Lightfield
              Hornady SST
Remington Copper Solid is my favorite because they are dead accurate and don't recoil as hard as the 2000 fps numbers.

I've seen the Hornady slugs do some major damage, and the Lightfeilds.

We sighted my sons scoped Mossberg in with the Copper Solids this year. I was very impressed with the accuracy, but unfortunately we haven't shot anuthing with them yet.
