Need to put new tires on my 4 wheeler. Need some recommendations for a good all around tire.

My buddy has ITP 589s on his ranger and I have the stock tires on mine. Last week I got stuck and he had to winch me out. He rode circles around me while I was stuck and didn't even sink down where I was making ruts. I couldn't believe the difference those tires made. When I replace my tires it will be with the 589s. The ride is as good as the stock tires and he also drives thru thorns and cactus that I have to go around. -
Swamp Lights. They work great every where, look great, and are light weight so they wont rob your atv's power.Comment

I have a 2-wheel drive Honda Foreman. With 25" stock tires, i would get stuck when we went mudding. My buddy had ITP mudlites and almost always drove in 2-wheel drive without getting stuck. I put some on and have been thrilled. Since i went to a larger size, i can tell a slight reduction in power. i wish i had stayed with a 25" tire, but you cant beat the traction in mud. I love them.Comment

I go in very little mud but thorns from South Texas kill me. What is a good tire that is puncture resistant?Comment

Another vote for the Mudlites. Good all around tire. Fill the with slime and that should take care of your thorn issue.Comment

I'm gonna put the Mudlite XTR's on my honda foreman. They are the good mud tread but in a radial. Cost a little more, but smoother ride.Comment
