Timm, I saw two in the Bargan Cave at Cabela's Friday. One was a Hastings cantalever scope mount for an 870. The other was a "Rem" 870 package cantalever with scope.
I've got nuthun against Rem barrles. But if given the choice, I'd go with the Hastings.
look at cheaper than dirt and walmart online. Beleive it or not "Mossberg" makes a rifled barrel for a Rem 870 (with cantalever scope mount) for 1/2 the price that Rem wants. I bought mine a few months ago form Walmart.com, ( fully rifled barrel, ported, cantalever scope mount with a 3x9 shotgun scope) for $160. shoots like a champ. Cheaper than dirt was just about the same price but did not come with the scope.

I used to have a Hastings slug barrel with a muzzle brake that came from Cabelas. That was a sweet shooting barrel. Had a built on scope mounting rail.
