    Google Maps to find address?

I can pinpoint a house on Google Maps, how can I get the mailing address for that house?

Go into street view and you might be able to get the address from that. Drop the orange man in front of that house and it should tell you the address.

Yellow man works for me. Just drag and drop him on the house and it identifies the address for you.

I am just throwing out a guess here but I think that the area he is looking in google has deemed it not necessary to take the street view pics in that area because of low traffic volume. If you drag it onto the road and the road highlights in blue then you should be able to see the house #. If the road doesn't light up then google hasn't hit that place yet.

Nailed it. Streetview comes up to within a mile of where I need.

Use www.zillow.com. Enter the zip code of the area and then start zooming in in the street view. Eventually you should see the individual properties and the valuation (I don't know how it's established) and then you click on the property and it will give you the address.

Thanks Bill, that worked well enough to verify that the address I had was correct.
