    Injected, seasoned, wrapped, smoking!

    Thanks for all the tips on the "BBQ'ing a small hog" thread. Things are shaping up nicely! I'm gonna smoke it for 2 or 3 hours, wrap it in foil, and put it in the oven. Got some errands to run or I would smoke it longer.

                          After fighting with my boys and wife and daughter and about 12 neighbors over the final product (a heaping tray of beautifully smoked pulled pork), I was able to eat a few sammitches. That stuff is good. I am adding it to my arsenal of wild game feasts. It sure is nice to turn a measly little wild hog into dinner for the whole cul de sac with plenty of leftovers. Thanks for all the tips on the other thread folks.

                              I just love watching people who don't like hunting suck up wild game like it's going out of style. It sure doesn't hurt the hunting cause!
