Any Pheasant Hunters heading North ?

Getting ready to leave tomorrow for Dalhart. Lows around 15 degrees with wind and snow ! Should get interesting. Saturday Morning opener will find us walking for the most beautiful bird God created.

Just got back from Scott City Kansas. We had five hunters and brought home 17 pheasants and one quail.

I'm going back to Kansas Friday morning, I was up there opening weekend and we brought in 87 birds with 23 hunters first morning... They had a very good hatch this year!

Next year's our first attempt at bow-only for the hunt. Still chasing the appropriate traditional bow for the hunt.
