    what is some other good baits other than just corn? looking for something that they can smell a long way off.

    try strawberry jello and cocoa powder mixed into sour corn. Go buy the cheapest "JUG" of red wine and pour it into a five gallon bucket of corn. Let it sit for about a week.

      diesel works as well. Put it over a pile of corn....

          cheap beer poured over corn and with some sugar and let it sit for about two weeks. they will tear it up.

              Would sour maize work? Like you do for catfish? We use big trash can and put water in and let set for a week. It smells real bad. The catfish love it.

                        Use milk to sour your corn. It will sour pretty fast in the sun. Just don't get any on you.
