Rage Customer Service

Don't want to get in the Rage debate as I have been a customer of theirs for a few years. I have killed a lot of animals with their 2 blade head.

I am also a customer of G5, Slick Tricks, and have shot Thunderhead 125's for 20 years.

I still shoot all of these heads on Beman and Gold Tip Arrows.

I have probably purchased 8-10 packages of Rage 2 blade heads over the last few years, and this weekend, I got my first Rage broadhead where the blade would not "tuck in" befind the O-Ring. I replaced the O-Ring and still a No-Go.

After contacting them, I returned the 1 bad head in a promise for a new pack.

Anyone else experienced this? Or, anyone have any experience with Rage Customer Service?

never had a blade that wouldn't seat. And have head the customer service is top notch!

i sent 2 back that i couldn't change the blades in and they sent me 3 new ones.....

I haven't had any problems with them at all. I guess you weren't able to return them to the store..

Customer service is second to none! Sorry to hear that you are having problems with them. They really are a good and lethal head, Ive never had any problems personally, Rage CS will take care of you though!

Never had any problems, but i am glad to hear about their customer services. Thanks for all the info y'all.

I don't know about their customer service...yet.

I changed out the o-ring in one of my 2 blade heads from last year. After that heart stopping experiance I will send them back to get changed. Those blades are way to sharp and way to close to my fingers. Those o-rings can get a dent in them if left "locked" over the year. They have to be changed or they can open in flight.
