I listened to the brain trust and went to Academy and brought the muzzy Mx3 .....i tried for 20 to 30 minutes and now my wife is tring to put them together... we are reading and following the stupid a&& instructions and we STILL cant get them together.... about 10 more minutes and I will NEVER buy them again and continue to buy pre-made buzzcuts

Blades slip in the tip and then screw on the trocar tip and tighten down.

yea they have slide track and then screw in point. but i don't want to knock you down after getting them but just watch out cause they will dull very fast in quiver. They are how ever very good on bone.

Wow, you may have a set of lemons, I have been shooting the Muzzy for about 4yrs now and have never had a problem, maybe you have it now and they will work for you.

                  Good Luck!!!

I wasn't very impressed with the MX-3 so I went back to the original style 3 blade muzzy. Didn't have anything to do with putting them together though. The old style just fly better for me. After you understand how they just fall together and shoot a few and then take a deeer or hog with one you will be hooked. I've had many Muzzy moments and look forward to many more.

My first one took a little while (probably 15 minutes), but I had the advantage of having just watched somebody show me how to do it. Once you get the hang of it, they go pretty quick.

Muzzy are top notch for replaceable blade broadheads... I shoot the G5 Strikers right now, but still have plenty of Muzzys.

My husband shoots muzzy's all of the time and he seems to love them. He is always bringing something dead home so I guess they work well.
