I was wandering has anyone ever heard of gamewardens riding around in Sam Houston National Forest during hunting hours pulling people out of stands out of uniform in plain street clothes giving tickets on four wheelers thanks in advance.

I can't imagine a game warden would be out of uniform unless they were trying to do something undercover. But, if he got a ticket, someone had to issue it and it will have to be taken care at a courthouse somewhere so he should find out whats going on.Comment

He got the ticket for not wearing his orange while sitting in his climber he had his cap hanging above him and his vest draped across the front of the stand then got a warning for baiting he had eaten a apple and threw the core at the base of the treeComment

Dont see why they wouldn't. Been checked by a Federal at the boat ramp that was wearing blue jeans and a jacket.Comment
