122 1/2 rifle Should have held out to take him with bow, but got excited.

I'm with you on that one. I shot this guy with my rifle because it was so windy there's no way I could've flung an arrow. I wanted to wait but I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get back out to the lease.

About a 60lb doe yearling (with a smoke pole no less)

This first one was by far the largest body size, estimated 300+ lbs. He is a 5X6 and scored gross 154+ but only netted 127+ due to all the deductions. I estimated he has 15+ inches missing. His G1's are both 8+.
Score wise, this second one would have busted the 180 mark if his G1 was not busted off. His G2's are 14+.
No complaints on either....

The one in my avatar. Bow kill 120.By far the biggest bodied deer I have ever taken, Illinois deer. Killed one with a gun close to same size not as big though. Have taken lost of does with my bow and still get that heart rate up and going!
