As a lot of others have said, try Academy. I'm not sure about the XDm's but the XD's are on the shelf for 499.

Online is ok if you get a great deal, just remember to add in FFL fees, shipping, Auction fees (if any).

You can't go wrong with Sporting Arms in Lewisville. I brought a XD there and it was by far the cheapest. If it's not cheaper then you can find it online just do and FFL transfer. The FFL transfer fee is only $20.

I can also recommend Tom Hart and Hart Sports in Plano. I used him on a FFL recently since he was closer to me then Sporting arms. No BS would recommend him as well. I will be using him again in the Future. He charges $20 as well. I believe it's less if you have a CHL.

Also keep in mind these guys don't charge sales tax on FFL transfers. Don't go to anyone who does because there ripping you off.
