The have shot some absolute monsters off that place. But its the perfect setup so its no suprise. plus with all the food plots and feeders they have im sure they have alot of deer coming in.

2 feeders going right now. Don't know how that is a lot different than other hunting land in North Texas. Conservation of the deer population in Grayson is a HUGE deal for all of the land owners that are local. I think that would "chalk up" to good sprotsmanship. And to note, There has been 4 deer killed off of this property in the last last 5 years, nothing more; and None of them as big as this. I think there will be a lot of big deer killed this year with the weather we have had. Good Luck everyone.
